State Rule For State Quota In MD Or MS Admission

50 % seats of MD MS diploma in medical is allotted by the state government. There is no uniform rule in India, every state has its own rule. Maharashtra government give admissions to the domicile of Maharashtra in state quota seat; CG government does not give admission to domicile OG CG, who did MBBS from other states. Is there be Is there be a uniform rule in this regard in India? Should central govt not intervene in this?

For uniformity, the central government should intervene. IMA H Q also talks to helth minister, prime minister in this regard, so that no eligible candidate is denied admission in PG medical seat. Share your opinion.
