I met a male patient of 26yrs who has got strange complaint of his genital being shorthr n lesser girth which causes him problem in using condom bcoz it slips out due to lesser girth which creates embarrasing situation for him. His othr features were gud..well built..male type hair growth..I advised him snug fit condoms coz there isnt any othr option I could find.
