2 yr male child with sudden onset fever and cough and rapid breathing since 1 day with noisy breathing. H/o similar episode in past required hospitalisation. o/e- febrile, P 130 RR 48/min RS stridor + b/l mild bronchospasm cvs pa wnl CNS Irritable toxic looking.
Tone normal. No h/o aspiration. Pls opine different DD and Management options?
