Dear Doctors ,  My patient 26 y.o female walks into my clinic with a chief complaint of frequent rise and fall in body temperature. RBC WBC counts normal , testes for maleria, typhoid and dengu found out to be negative.Had a history of SMR 3 years ago, otherwise healthy and no medical complaint. What could be the reason behind this rise and fall in temperature?

the temperature rises to 104F and then comes down to normal. This i s happening since 15 days.
