Kindly dicuss whether a MBBS doctor can do surgeries like Hysterectomy,  LSCS and general surgery if sufficiently trained.  Why the question of speciality is highlighted, if an MBBS doctor is authorised to conduct medico-legal autopy and his report is accepted by the court of law why a competent doctor should be restricted in activities, in this regard I wish to bring to the notice of young doctors in the past all the speciality services are provided by the doctors with MBBS qualification.
