Dear Doctor Anaplastic lymphoma kinase positive (ALK+) lung cancer is a relatively rare subtype, occurring in about 1 in 25 non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC) cases, which itself constitutes approximately 85% of all lung cancer cases worldwide.
