Previously in the fire incident in the paediatric ward of a government hospital, due to short circuit causing death of 7 children led to a suspension of the head of pediatric department and one staff nurse. Due to harassment, humiliation and tension doctor died untimely. In recent incident occurred on World Kidney Day, three patients died due to power breakdown during dialysis leading to the suspension of some staff members of the ward. Are doctors really responsible for faults in power supply?
