Patient M 26, operated 7 years ago for SMR, no blockage, perfectly healthy, no allergic complaints. Repeatedly complaining about swelling on right cheek since 2 years. Previously had been to a dentist for molar extraction as suggested by his family physician and dentist, but the complaint still persist.

Patient was prescribed with anti allergic, Decongestents but nothing helped. What should be the diagnosis and treatment?
