A 23 year old male brought by parents with complaints of multiple slash marks over left forearm alleged that he is playing blue whale. On evaluation, it was found that he is using cannabis and have major depression with psychotic symptoms. No death in anywhere in India has been proved by investigating agency as caused by a blue whale. The real Blue Whale is depression.
