40 years, female, referred to me with above quotation by a fellow practitioner from my native place. She was treated for PUO, for one year with out any INVESTIGATIONS positive for any disease, EXCEPT MT ,WHICH WAS HIGHLY POSITIVE, and given ATT for 7MONTHS. After stopping ATT again had fever and continueing till today. I thought due to ATT, she might have developed drug induced LUPUS , I ordered S.ANA and S.Cortisol (may had Adrenal glands TB) but both normal.
USG done on 3rd June was normal, ESR maximum noted was 36mm. Otherwise ct head, almost all INVESTIGATIONS normal. What is a clinical opinion about this and how go further?
