With Government Creating new laws , Ethics Guidelines , Price Caps,  and Victimisation and harassment of Doctors be it under Clinical Establishment act or PCPNDT act ,also to cover cost of accreditation and High premiums of Compensations and Cover up costs of Legal services  isn't it high time to keep  Professional Rivalry aside and not come under pressure from TPAs , Panels Etc. and Make a corrective revision of Professional Fees to a Level which can correct the harassment unleashed on Medical Community?
