Dear sir, In any medical mishappening everyone wants to punish the doctor . But according to law only in case of negligence doctor can be punished, not in case of complication. And every one such as judge, political person, administrative officer, public and including medical professionals are confused that complications are negligency. It is our duty as medical professional that we should literate general public about this difference by displaying notice boards at our clinic.
IMA made a board regarding this in local language i.e. hindi. We are all going to display that one at our clinic.
