I am a doctor practicing in Bengaluru. The corporation of Bengaluru city have introduced Trade Licence Certificate since few years for all clinics, nursing homes and hospitals which is not there in other cities of Karnataka.

Is it justified in introducing this? Any other states in India have similar modules?
