A 35 yr old was driving motor bicycle ,slipped and had blunt trauma to trunk,His X'ray chest showed Lt pnuemothorax and raised Lt dome of diaphragm ,Lt intercoastal chest tube was inserted, pt was taking liquids ,barium meal study showed stomach in Lt thorax ,on laparotomy stomach ,Lt lobe of liver ,spleen and intestine were reduced which had herniated through ruptured diaphragmatic opening.Pt is in post operative ICU .Give your suggestions about management ? How long pt may continue without operation
