A 18 year old man have burning mouth syndrome since 5-6 year and difficulty to opening in mouth .all the  treatment  [ oral culture for candidiasis [-ve] ] like anti fungal, steroid, multivitamin are given  but couldn,t get result.patient have no any bad habbit.what should be further tretment
