A patient 33 years old diagnosed of having bipolar disorder at the age of 18, on and off treatment and symptoms, married and have 2 kids, work place trouble, torture by senior officer trying to commit suicide 2 years back but lost both the legs, amputed above knee, no symptoms after the accident but recently showing the symptoms from last one week.
