We doctors, handle patients of different backgrounds, varying knowledge, unique psyches and volatile tempers. Few of them are never satisfied with whatever we do. I categorize them as difficult patients or service seekers!

I wish if those of us who have handled such difficult cases in a professional career should enumerate in order of preference as what needs to be done to avoid undesirable scenes, ugly atmosphere, and infructuous litigation. Please share your valuable views!
