53 year male, non diabetic, non smoker, non alcoholic has complaints of Dyspepsia, Epigastric heaviness after meals, now has acid eruptions upto throat over 2 weeks. Pt had throat clearing feeling over last 1 year. Pt is not ready for Endoscopy.

He has gall stones but never had Cholecysctitis. Pt does not get good relief with proton pump inhibitors with Domperidone/ Itopride/ Levosul.
