A 43 year old lady, para 3 complaint of menorrhagia since two yrs not getting cured with medicines. USG showed three intramural myomas of size 1.2, 1.4 & 1.6 cm, endometrial thickness of 5.6mm.àdnexa normal,patient is euthyroid. Patient didn't respond completely to oral progesterone therapy.She complaints of spotting after IUS LNG inserted 1 month back.
Mifepristone 25 od since three days increased her bleeding. I stopped mifepristone ..should I wait for drug to show full effect? Share your opinion .
