dear doctors                  Few of my hypothyroid patients after treatment with levothyroxine  T3T4 becomes nomal but   TSH remains elevated ( in the range of 50-100 ) in spite of incresing the dose from 100 to 250 mcg. Myxedematous features also persistent.pt.takes the drug on empty stomach.compliance also good.no other systemic illnness except anemia for which only haematinics given.pl.tell me how to approach.
