A 50 years old male wthout any history of addiction presented with non healing palatal ulcer involving whole of hard palate. He initially has also low grade fever and unwanted weight loss. His appetite was also reduced in last one month. An excisional biopsy was performed which was inconclusive.
Repeat biopsy revealed granulomatous inflammation suggestive of TB. ATD started and patient's clinical condition started to improve within 15 days. After one month he became afebrile, appetite increased and his ulcer shows significant improvement. This is a rare case of palatal tuberculosis
