Yes if patients or attendants behavior is not proper and pt is stable and no emergency case then doctors should refuse to treat such patient in private sector, the reason being in private setup he has to pa and in medical no one can claim for central percent success. So this will create further controversy, which may reflect poor handling of other patients, who are willing to be treated by you.
