Hello doctor, for past 5 years I had discharge (pus) in my left year but now it is reduce however i have no pain and i could hear. I had gone for audiometry test and the result is 40% reduction in my hearing. Whether I should go for surgery or is there any possibility to cure by medications...
Is there any adverse effect to brain due to this.. Please suggest me what should i do. Thank U.
