Eight-year-old male w/ no PMH brought in by his mother because of new rash that developed. The child is up to date with all his vaccinations. He is currently recovering from a sore throat and fever when this rash developed around his abdomen but now includes limbs. Examination: 95/50 BP, 140HR, 101.5F, 20RR 98% O2 sat on RA. Exam notable for erythematous tongue, oropharynx and rash as noted above.
