A 56yr male presented with recurrent epistaxis, 6month, endoscopy reveals small mass  posteriorly attach to septum ,endoscopic biopsy done ,histopathology report is cavernous haemangioma. What other investigation should be done? CT PNS is required or not?

What should be ideal and safe method of removal? Nasal packing will be sufficiant or cautery is mandatory?
