A 31 year old male ,who had undescended testes and was operated fr it at the age of 12 years,but the testes could not be located by operating surgeons.Now has a married life of 7 years with primary sterility.Underwent ICSI in Mumbai and Kolkatta for a few cycles which failed.Went to Israel for ICSI and good embryos implanted in wife.After 7 months,premature rupture of bag occured.Pregnancy extended for two weeks,but the male child that was born had a ?collapsed lung?Infected and died after about 10 days of birth.Any suggestions for the future attempts in this case?
