24 yrs old male patient brought to casualty in gasping state, h/o poision filled fruit eaten accidentally which was used to kill birds in village (unknown poision). Frothing, pinpoint pupils, sob at the time. Atropine given resusitated, mech ventilator supported gained consciousness after 3 days. Extubated on 6th day. Pt was haemodynimically stable, suddenly pt got arrested on 7 day.
Again resusitaed, intubated, now pt is in deep coma, pulse, bp are maintaining.pupils not responding to light, atropine is running, we are suspecting hypoxia ischemic encephalopathy. Electrolytes are n.wbc are raised 36543 mmm. Raised temperature, oral secretions are present. Please suggest further management.
