A 4 year old girl attended out patient clinic for dermatosis for 3 years evolution that was chracterized by multiple erythematous millimetric papules, hyperchronic maculae of 0.2mm to 0.4mm that followed the lines of blaschko and disseminated into the right posterior hemithorax, scapula, subscapula and external side of the right arm and axilla (within C4 C5 D3 D3 D4 and D15 dermatomes). Pruritus and edema were also present. she recieved irregular treatment with steriods with temporal improvement: however the lesions reappear when treatment is suspended.
Historic findings revealed lichen infilteration in bands with preivascular lymphocytes accumulations. How to proceed?
