A young girl of 15 yr age presented with cyclical severe pain in abdomen. No menarche. O/E she had transverse vaginal septum with normal sized uterus. Her cervical pull through surgery was done. She started cycles. After 6 months she came with intestinal obstruction. At laparotomy, she had endometriosis, adhesions and intestinal obstruction.
After surgery, she was given danazol. (at that time, GnRH a was not available.) After few years she came with pregnancy. We did cervical encirclage, as cervix was very short. She delivered by LSCS. She had gone through many ordeals, but finally, she was successful to be a mother. This is a story in 1984 I don't have images.
