An Indian-origin doctor has been sentenced to nine years in prison by a US court for committing health care fraud and illegally distributing prescription painkillers. But such crime is usually unnoticed in our country as health officials hardly care for such crime and even detected police or CBI hardly file an investigation report even if filed either lawyers win the case in court or delay it for so many years that justice delay is justice denied .
