27-year-old patient, obesity +ve and high, BMI approximately 49 (150 kg at 1.76 cm) in queue for gastric bypass surgery, no weight loss despite all measures, nicotine abuse. No pill. The patient has been about 5 years in my treatment, since at least 30x on large and small.Abscesses especially in the groin area, was operated under the breast, axilla. This also significant social consequences, each job is terminated during the probationary period wg. AU-sensitive because of the abscesses. Routine laboratory incl TSH oB, no diabetes.
dermatologist: no specific treatment option. Out of desperation, I have treated with prophylactic Pen 1.5 Mega, including developed after 2 weeks 2 new abscesses. A smear I did not, was not made ??in the KH before the OPs, despite my request. skincare etc certainly okay. Any ideas?
