A 55 year old female patient complains of vertigo only in supine position since several years. She is euglycemic, normotensive, no tinnittus, no ear discharge, CBC ESR within normal limits, MRI brain normal, gets mild relief with 16 mg of Vertin BD. Patient wants permanent relief without medication.

What should be further line of management?
