2 months back, TAH was done for a 42-year patient for DUB. He had a previous section with a longitudinal scar 12 years back. lntra-op of the lower segment was almost plastered with bladder wall. Adhesions were separated, still while separating cervicopubical fascia, mild injury occured which was repaired. Catheter kept for 2 weeks.After a month she developed UTI.
She responded to antibiotics but again after a week she c/o of incontinence. Cystoscope done. Elsewhere gave a diagnosis of vvf the repair of which needs 1.5 lakh number photo or size of vvf available. Patient trying to blame us and wants us to do the needful. Please suggest for any incidence rates of vvf in post-cs pts.
