My 47-year-old male patient suffered for years from a bilateral symptomatic urolithiasis (calcium oxalate), serologically, there is a significant vitamin D deficiency (levels Vit.D 9.3 ug / l, normal range 0.27 to 4.2 ug / l ). Otherwise, it is clinically and biochemically completely healthy (routine parameters, parathyroid hormone levels, serum Ca, Ca in 24.h urine oB).
If Vit. D be substituted?
