26 yr old male admitted with vomiting off and on for 2 months, edema for 15 days. All vitals normal. Inv done- Routine urine and blood, LFT, KFT, Thyroid, Calcium, USG abdomen, CT brain, OGD normal.

PTH report pending. CXR shows minimal bilat effision. Can anyone suggest any further workup to arrive at a diagnosis.
