My patient a 13 year girl with juvenile hypothyroidism kept on t.thyrox 100mg od. Her weight was 52 kg before 3 months. She was kept on t.glycomet 250mg od and tab.orlistat 60 mg od.

She rather gained waight by 5 kg. Patient not having pod. Plz suggest to reduce weight
