A 46 year male, known diabetic (on regular treatment) who was admitted on 8th July 2014 in  a hospital for left shoulder dislocation where he developed (??) sudden cardiorespiratory arrest in OT. He was then resuscitated and in another hospital he was diagnosed as Hypoxic Brain Damage with GCS E1 V1 M1 and tracheostomy done. On 01 August 2014 the patient was air shifted to a hospital at New Delhi.He was here put on T-Piece 2.3 L O2/min to IAH for further management. MRI Brain showed no significant abnormality. Echo showed post cardiac arrest status mild LVH, (trace MR+TR), No RWMA.

No pericardial effusion. EEG showed moderate enccephalopathy.Gram positive cocci (Blood C/S) and Cndida tropicalis(Urine C/S) were treated with injectable antibiotics.
