Hello Doctors! My patient is 27yr old married,past 4years not having child.I advised her to do all the investigation- fsh/lh/ser testosetron,estradiol.anti sperm antibody,thyroid.etc. after i refer her to gynaecologist/infertility specalist. she advised tube patency test,follicular study.all of these except tsh-7.5 all are normal.follicular study report came anovulatory infertility.then tab siphene 100mg advised ovulation came egg producing normally but no rupture.she was diagnosed by anovulatory idiopathic infertility.now gynaecologist advised iui or ivf.
