Case of primary infertility in a female patient of 31 years (married since 2 years) with the following findings: Suffering from hyperthyroidism which is under good control Semen analysis of partner comes out to be normal Patient is thin with normal menstrual cycle Treatment with 50 mg clomiphene citrate for 3 cycles returned good follicular response but without any positive result with fertility Hysterosalpingogram (HSG) showed  bilateral mild hydrosalphinx  with bilateral peritoneal spill Please suggest further investigation and management.
