60 year female with hypothyroidism since past 5 years had discontinued thyroxine tab for one year. She was taking thyroxine since 3 years. She developed myxoedema of right foot and leg 2 years back. Now patient is on regular thyroxine treatment 100 microns twice daily.

The patient is not diabetic or hypertensive. It is the case of osteoarthritis. BMI-38  Can patient take serratiopeptidase tablets to reduce swelling and for how long it can be given? Kindly suggest treatment to reduce swelling.
