A normotensive, normoglycaemic, hypothyroid patient with monochorionic, diamniotic twin gestation delivered MSB both babies at 31 wks+gestation. Birth weight 1 kg 750 gm and 1 kg 250 gm, placental wt 500 gm.Blood and anomaly scan reports normal.
