A female 57 yrs old having k/c/o HTN since 3 yrs last 1 year back H/O TIA. Since last 1 year pt taking Tab Telmisartan + Amlodipine (40+5) OD.
Now pt has become asymptomatic and all investigation are within normal limit. But BP is not in good control and increasing up to 180 /100 In such case what is next choice of drug combination?
