A 5 year old male child, presented to us 4 months back with complaints of fever of 20 days duration after about 10 days of febrile illness, child also developed bullous skin lesions. After the admission, no specific findings on examination. CBP-mild anemia, ESR-80, CXR s/o patchy infiltrates on right lower zone, Mantoux negative, sputum AFB/PCR negative. As fever was persisting inspite antibiotics, CT chest was done showing rt lower lobe collapse consolidation with mild bronchiectasis ATT was started fever responded in few days and child was discharged on ATT.
Now again child admitted with history of fever for last 20 days without any other complaint.Now on evaluation, ESR-100, mild anemia, mild hepatosplenomegaly+ ATT continuing and antibiotics started.
