A 28 year female with 13weeks pregnancy, anti-D titre 1:64 which was1:32 fifteen days before. Husband Rh genotype is DD. This is her 2nd pregnancy, she had 1st IUD at 32weeks, reason not told at that time.

In first pregnancy, she didn't have antibody testing and no prophylactic Anti-D given during and post delivery. Kindly give your views.
