A Patient came to clinic with the history of frequent Canker sore in labial vestibule and tip of tongue. He is having this issue from past 5 years. He is taking Vitamin B complex and for local application using Choline salicylate ointment. Sore heal but reappear again.

Patient giving history that sore star to appear mostly in morning time when he wake up. What could be the etiology? Kindly suggest medication or test.
