A female patient having hypothyroidism since last 10 year,taking thyroxin continuously.two yrs back thickening of skin with black discolouration.investigations done including skin biopsy.and she was diagnosed as scleroderma.other systems are normal.any body tell me please if there is any permanent treatment for scleroderma?
