I would like to invite views re. fast and reliable tests for diagnosing TB. Especially musculoskeletal. Are there any noninvasive cheaper options available?

What is your preferred method? Musculoskeletal or otherwise. It would be helpful if you include the cost and sensitivity/ specificity of the test if known.
