I have atleast three patients with very high PSA. A 78 year old man is having PSA  in the range of 32/35 for last 3 years. He has been biopsied twice but benign. His younger brother has CA prostrate.

T his patient had PSA about 12/14. Again biopsy. normal T his patient came with retension,  his PSA is 100,  but again biopsy is normal. What is the reality about PSA?
