A 44 year old woman presents with complaints of persistent headache. Her complaints started a year ago and she had been to several doctors with no relief of symptoms. She also reports difficulty in swallowing and hoarseness of voice since one year. On examination, she was overweight. She had coarse facial features, enlarged nose and macroglossia with prominent lower jaw. She had elevated blood pressure. Her blood glucose levels were also elevated.
