Hello everyone, kindly help me with details of Autoimmune encephalitis VGKC antibody with best treatment protocol. A 86-year-old male patient came to casualty 3 days back with the history of seizures generalized tonic-clonic and previous mild headache just before seizures. On admission, patient stabilized on antiepileptics. The patient is a known case of hypertension after that he got admitted to ICU and he is on antiepileptics plus steroid methylprednisolone and antibiotics. After investigation following are lab reports of sodium 119, everything else normal. On correction, sodium it came back to 128 today but seizures are coming since yesterday.

Now there are focal seizures mainly facia brachial type. CSF examination normal, CT and MRI normal. No significant abnormality found. Now we are suspecting Autoimmune encephalitis VGKC antibody. lab sent for VGKC antibody. What treatment should…
